You can set a time before a class starts to stop accepting waitlist additions on the web and in the app for all your studios. This will not restrict employees from adding customers to a waitlist.
Studios can have only ONE waitlist cutoff time configured.
By default, this is set to 0 minutes before a class starts. To change this setting, please contact the support team.
Setting a reservation cutoff window will disable all reservation options, including waitlist and standby booking.
