The First Timers report surfaces class information on first timers attending their first class.
This report is useful for:
Viewing all first-time customers' names and emails
Viewing customers’ join date
Viewing the date, time, instructor, and location of customers’ first classes
Viewing whether the first timer is a guest or not
Filtering by class location to see which studio is growing the fastest
Filtering by instructor to see which instructors are bringing in the newest customers
*Notes:
The First Timers report displays the FIRST reservation for customers (pending and checked-in).
If a customer's first pending reservation is cancelled or no-showed, that reservation will be removed from the report.
When a customer successfully checks in for their first class, the reservation will remain in the report (make sure to include the first check-in date in the date picker). To view reservation history beyond the first check-in, refer to the Reservations report.
