Here is a list of common Guest Reservation metrics. Each metric is grouped with the report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.

Metric: How to see which customers have brought the most guests?

Details: Navigate to the customer's report and select the date range from when your business opened through today's date to see a full list of your customers. Export the report, apply filters to the report, and sort the column called "Total Guest Check-ins - All Time" in descending order. Filter out all of the 0's to see customers who have brought at least one guest or more.

Metric: How to see customers who came as a guest that did not have an account but did have an email?

Details: Navigate to Utilization > Reservations report and select the desired date range, and export the report to Excel. Apply filters to the report and filter the column called "Unconverted Guest" for 'True' and the column "Guest Email" to not show blanks. This will show you a list of customers who have been booked as a guest with an email submitted, but did not match an account in the platform. The Guest Email column will provide all the emails of those guests, which can be helpful to have for marketing and follow-up purposes.
