Unconverted guests will appear on the roster highlighted yellow on both the list and map view to prompt employees to convert unconverted guest reservations to an account.
To convert a guest, click the ellipsis next to their reservation in the roster and click "Convert Guest".
If they already have an existing account with your studio, you can search for them by name or email and convert the reservation to that account. We recommend searching by email address to avoid any potential issue if the same first name/last name combination already exists within the account.
If they don’t have an account, you can create a new account by clicking "New Customer" at the top right corner. Once the new account is created, the reservation will immediately be converted to that account.
Unconvert
If a guest reservation was incorrectly converted, you can undo that action by clicking on the ellipsis next to their name and selecting “Unconvert Guest”.
