Here is a list of common class/instructor metrics. Each metric is grouped with the report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.

Metric: How many classes has each instructor taught?

Details: Navigate to the Utilization by Instructor report and select the desired date range. Each represents an instructor who taught during the date range. The "Number of Classes" column will show you the total number of classes that the instructor taught during the selected time period.

Metric: How many check-ins does each instructor have?

Details: Navigate to the Utilization by Instructor report and select the desired date range. Each row represents an instructor who taught in the date range. The "Pending + Check-in" column will show you the total number of reservations that are in pending status or have been checked in during the selected period.

Metric: Which instructor has the highest utilization?

Details: Navigate to the Utilization by Instructor report and select the desired date range. Each row represents an instructor who taught in the date range. The "Utilization" column shows the utilization for each instructor.
