Here is a list of Inventory Key Performance Indicators. Each KPI is grouped with the report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.

Report: Orders

Key Performance Indicator: Total Number of Customers who have purchased a non-credit, membership, or food and beverage product

Details: Begin by selecting your desired date range. Under More Filters, select Product Type and select all product types except Credits. Export the report into Excel and insert the pivot table. Pivot off of rows Customer Name. Sum the total number of rows, and that will give you the total number of unique customers who have purchased a product, except for credits within the date range.

Key Performance Indicator: Total Sales for a specific Product Type

Details: Select the desired date range and select More Filters. On the Product Type filter, select the specific Product Type and click Apply Filters. The Product Type Total column will give you the total sales for that type during the date range selected.
