Here is a list of Operations metrics. Each metric is grouped with the report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.
Report: Orders
Metric: How do I see the total amount (in revenue or items) sold by employees?
Details: Navigate to the Orders report and select the desired date range, and export the report.
To see the total number of items sold by each employee: In Excel, create a pivot table and add the column "Product Type" to your column field and "Broker name" to your row field. Add "Product Type" to the Values field of the pivot table. Select the drop-down from the top of the row field results and deselect all results. Select only the names you're interested in, filter the report by the employee, and sum the column "Line total." This will show you the total amount sold by product type for that employee in the date range selected.
To see revenue for items sold rather than quantity, add "Line Total" instead of "Product Type" to the column and values field.
Report: Customers
Metric: How do I see which customers need to update their credit cards?
Details: Navigate to the Customers report and select "More Filters." Filter the Tag section to "Users with a Credit Card Issue." Select the date range from when your business opened through today's date.
Report: Employee Payroll
Metric: How do I see the number of hours each employee clocked in per shift?
Details: Navigate to the Employee Payroll report to view each shift that an hourly employee clocked in and clocked out for and the total number of hours per shift.
Report: Employee Permissions
Metric: How do I see which employees have which roles?
Details: Navigate to the Employee Permissions report. This report shows each employee on the platform, the roles they are assigned, and which locations they have access to. You can filter the report by a role if you want to see specifically which employees have a particular role.
Report: Employee Permissions
Metric: How do I see which employees gave someone an account balance?
Details: Navigate to the Complimentary Account Balance report.
If you know the date the customer received the account balance, select the date on the date picker. Each row shows when an employee gave an account balance to a customer, to which customer, how much they gave, and when. Once you pick the date, you can look for the customer's name to see the rest of the information.
If you don't know the date range: Select the date from when you launched on the platform through today's date, export the report, and then filter for the specific customer who received the account balance.
Report: Complimentary Credits
Metric: How do I see which employees have given out complimentary credits?
Details: Navigate to the Complimentary Credits report. Each row shows which employee gave credits to a customer, the customer who received them, how many credits, and when.
