While most orders can be refunded through Mariana Tek, there are a few instances where a refund cannot be granted. These are:
Purchases that have already been settled by the bank. It typically about 90 days for Stripe to settle the purchase.
Gift cards that have been redeemed for account balance
Memberships that have been terminated or expired
Credit packages that have expired
Your user does not have Permissions to refund
If the purchase has been disputed with the customer's bank, you will not be able to refund until the dispute is over. Mariana Tek will not have a timeline on that because it is with the bank to resolve.
If an order cannot be refunded, you will not see the option to refund the order.
If a customer requests a refund for a purchase made over the day-limit set by your payment processor, you have the option to refund the transaction to their account balance.
