Below is the list of reports available in Mariana Tek and a short description describing each report.

Custom Reports

Name	Description
Class Utilization - Detailed	This report is a more detailed version of the Class Session Utilization Details report, such as listing the total no-showed reservations per class.

Intro Offer Reports

Name	Description
Expiring Intro Offers	This report lists any customers who have purchased a Credit Package with the "Intro Offer" toggle turned on.
Intro Offer Conversion	This report provides detailed information on studio customers who have purchased an Intro Offer and have been converted.

Finance Reports

Name	Description
Credit Deferred Revenue	This report lists the deferred revenue associated with each non-expired and unused credits.
Credit Deferred Revenue by Location	This is a summary report of deferred revenue associated with each non-expired and unused credits per location.
Credit Expiration Details	This report lists expired credit.
Credit Usage Details	This report lists used credits.
Gift Cards and Account Balances	This is a summary report of revenue associated with gift cards and account balances.
Membership Recurring Fees Forecast - Details	This report lists each forecasted membership renewal payment.
Membership Recurring Fees Forecast - Summary	This is a summary report of forecasted membership renewal payments per membership contract.
Payment Transactions by Gateway - Local Time	This is a summary report of credit card charges and refunds processed in each payment gateway based on the studio's configured time zone.
Payment Transactions by Gateway - UTC	This is a summary report of credit card charges and refunds processed in each payment gateway based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Payment Transactions by Location	This is a summary report of all charges and refunds regardless of payment method in each location.
Payment Transactions by Payment Type	This is a summary report of all charges per payment method.
Payment Transactions - Local Time	This is a detailed report listing each transaction processed in Mariana Tek based on the studio's configured time zone.
Payment Transactions - UTC	This is a detailed report listing each transaction processed in Mariana Tek based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Realized Revenue	This is a summary report for realized revenue for each product type at each location.
Sales Tax by Month - Detail	This is a summary report for collected sales tax for each product.

Inventory Reports

Name	Description
Cost of Goods Sold	This is a summary report detailing cost, profit, and margin per product sold.
Inventory Audit Report	This is a detailed report listing each event in inventory change.
Inventory on Hand	This report provides you with inventory on hand recorded in Mariana Tek at the time the report is generated.
Orders with Cost Details	This is the Orders report with the additional information regarding cost for each item sold.

Marketing Reports

Name	Description
Customer Birthdays	This report lists customer birthdays.
Customer Conversion	This report details whether a customer has converted (has at least 1 checked-in reservation and paid full price for a credit or membership).
Customer Frequency	This is a summary report listing the total check-ins for each customer within the selected date range.
Customer Retention - Details	This report lists customer retention information for each customer such as total check-ins and spending.
Customers - Details	This report lists all customer accounts including migrated accounts.
Customers - Summary	This report lists all customer accounts (including migrated accounts) in an abbreviated column format.
First Timers	This report lists customers attending their first class and the class information.
Frozen Memberships - Current	This report lists all memberships currently frozen, specific details on the current membership freeze, and the next renewal date or new expiration date as a result of the current freeze.
Frozen Memberships - Details	This report lists all membership freezes configured in the system (past, current, and future).
Membership Details	This report lists all memberships on customer's accounts.
Membership Summary	This is a summary report of all memberships in customer's accounts by membership status.
Outstanding Credits	This is a report of all non-expired and unused credits.
Promotion Redemptions	This is a detailed report on the usage of discount codes and automatic discounts.

Operations Reports

Name	Description
Complimentary Account Balance	This report lists all account balance that was added to a customer's account as complimentary by an employee.
Complimentary Credits	This report lists all credits that were added to a customer's account as complimentary by an employee.
Customers in Payment Failure	This report lists all customers who have a membership or credit in payment failure.
Employee Payroll	This report lists all shifts recorded in Mariana Tek.
Employee Permissions	This report lists all employees and their configured permissions.
Instructor Payroll	This report lists instructor's classes for payroll purposes.
Potential Duplicate Accounts	This report lists all customer accounts that the system automatically detected to be a potential duplicate account.
Product Catalog	This report lists all products configured in the system and its configured settings.

Name	Description
Gift Cards	This report lists all gift cards sold including redemption code and redemption history.
Line Item Discount Details - UTC	This report lists and details line item custom discounts given at the point of sale.
Orders - Local Time	This report lists all orders processed in Mariana Tek in the local time zone of the purchase location.
Orders - UTC	This report lists all orders processed in Mariana Tek in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Sales by Location - Local Time	This is a summary report of all orders processed in Mariana Tek by location.
Sales by Location - UTC	This is a summary report of all orders processed in Mariana Tek by location based on the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
Sales by Product	This is a summary report of all orders processed in Mariana Tek by product.
Sales by Product Type	This is a summary report of all orders processed in Mariana Tek by product type.
Total Daily Sales by Location - Detail	This is a summary report of all orders processed in Mariana Tek by product in each location per day.

Class Session Payment Details	This report lists all classes and the breakdown of the number of reservations booked with credits and memberships for each class.
Class Session Utilization Details	This report lists all classes and the utilization metrics per class.
Reservations	This report lists all migrated reservations, third-party reservations, and reservations booked in Mariana Tek.
Reservations by Pay With Type	This is a summary report of total check-ins by credit and membership at each location.
Revenue by Class Session	This is a summary report of estimated earned revenue for each class based on credits and memberships used to book reservations in each class.
Utilization by Class Type	This is a summary report of utilization by class type.
Utilization by Class Type by Day	This is a summary report of utilization by class type by day.
