What Customer Data Migrates to Mariana Tek from ClubReady?

CUSTOMERS

DOES MIGRATE

Customer Accounts​​

  • Email Addresses ​

    • Accounts with the same email will merge automatically. This will impact all migrated data (e.g., credit cards, memberships, etc).​

      • If there is no email listed, a dummy email will be generated.​

      • If they are iOS users they may be using an option called "Hide my Email" and only an alias will be in your data such as: a65y6hd6d4@privaterelay.appleid.com

    • Accounts with invalid emails, no first name, no last name, no User ID or other invalid fields will fail to migrate​

  • Phone Number

    • Only one phone number will be migrated. If they have a number in the "Cell Phone" field, we will migrate that. We will migrate the next available phone number in their data if it is blank.​

  • Credit Cards

    • Must be unexpired and a valid card type. Cards are migrated based on the 1st Exit File. Any credit cards added to customer accounts after the 1st Exit File is sent will need to be manually added by the customer to their Mariana Tek customer account after migration.​

  • ClubReady provides ALL profiles including "deleted" profiles. We will automatically migrate all active profiles. Deleted profiles can be migrated upon request.

(You may want to let these customers know and guide them to ensure each customer has an account with a unique email.)

Marketing Email & SMS Subscription (Unfortunately this is not provided in the export data and all customers are migrated as FALSE. For SMS, they will be prompted to select their opt-in status the first time they log in to their Mariana Tek account. You may also be able to export a report from your ClubReady site with Email/SMS status and upload it to your Marketing Automation account to update their status. Customers can also update their status at any time in their profile.)

Waiver Status

(Unfortunately this is not provided in the Users export and all customers are migrated as FALSE. All users will be prompted to agree to your Terms & Conditions when they login to their Mariana Tek account for the first time.)

Notes, Alerts, Tags, PDF Attachments to Accounts (Contracts, Waivers, customer photos)
