How do I view and edit a customer's appointment?

In Schedule > Appointments, click on the customer's appointment to view and edit. This can be done from Admin or the Biz app. This includes:

  • Viewing details

  • Edit the appointment


Appointment Details

The following information will be displayed:

  • Header & status badges

    • Title: Service Name (e.g., Personal Training)

    • Subtitle: with Instructor (e.g., with Sergio Perez)

    • Badges: Reserved (current/total capacity, e.g., 1/1) and Checked In (count, e.g., 0)

  • Appointment Details

    • Instructor

    • Room and Location

    • Time (start–end) and Date

  • Notes: Pinned Customer Notes appear prominently with author and timestamp

    • Appears for each customer when available

  • Attendees: Each attendee shows payment option info when available


Edit Appointment

Click Edit Appointment to make any changes. The following fields can be edited:

  • Start date and time

  • Instrustor

  • Room

Biz App

Click the three-dot icon > Edit Appointments.
