The appointment schedule provides studios with a clear view of bookable time slots, based on configured weekly hours, room availability, and service assignments.
The appointment schedule is separate from the class schedule and can be found in Admin or the Biz App under Schedule > Appointments > select your Location.
Permissions
Permissions can be configured on user roles to view, manage, and create appointments in Admin and the Biz App.

Can_manage_general_availability | Bookings: Create, edit, delete, and view all appointments Booking Actions: Mark as no show, check-in, cancel customer | Admin, Studio Owner, Studio Manager |

Views
The appointment schedule has three views:
Week (default): View the entire week at a glance for the selected location.
List View: Displays a chronological list of appointments and time blocks.
Day: Displays only select days' appointments. This view includes three additional options:
View by Rooms: Columns per room with the day’s timeline
View by Instructors: Columns per Instructor with the day’s timeline
View by Dates: View a selected calendar date.

To see the schedule on the Biz App, click Schedule > Appointments. Filters include
Location: Only displays locations you have access to
Date: Click the date to select which day you want to view
