To make a guest reservation, navigate to class roster and click on the Add Reservation button or the spot number you wish to book for a guest. You will then see the Find Customer screen. Search for the name or email of the customer booking for the guest and select the customer.
In the Reservation window, if the customer bringing a guest is already in class, the Reserve for Guest box will automatically be checked. If the customer bringing a guest is not in the class, click Reserve for Guest to make a guest reservation for this customer.
If the guest has a studio account, enter their details in the Guest Info field to convert them automatically. If they don’t have an account but provide an email, they’ll receive a class confirmation.
Guest emails are required to book a guest into class on the mobile app and website. On the Admin platform, it will always be optional for employees.
Use the drop-down to select from available payment types. Only payment types usable to pay for a guest are shown.
Click Reserve to make a reservation in the class for this guest. The customer will now be shown in the class roster as a guest of the customer who reserved them.
The guest will be highlighted in yellow, which means they have not been converted to a customer account yet and, therefore, have not signed your studio's liability waiver. You'll want to encourage them to create an account so you can convert them to their account, by clicking Convert Guest.
