When a customer books a guest, there are two ways they can display in the Biz app.

A guest booked without a connected customer account will display an "Unconverted Guest of..." tag to let you know that they have not signed your Waiver or TOS. You can click the customer and convert them or make them a new account.

When a guest is booked with a customer account, it will display who booked them to show whose guest they are.

There are two options to convert a guest. You can convert them to an existing account or create a new account for them.

In the roster, click on the reservation. If there is an account already, click Convert to Existing Account and search for their account. If they do not have an account, click Create Account For Guest and follow the steps to create one for them.
