How do I change the payment option of a current reservation?

If a customer has a reservation booked for a class and wishes to change their payment option (i.e. they used the wrong credit package, or they used a credit and rather use their membership), you’ll have to grace cancel the current reservation (so they do not incur a penalty) and rebook them with the intended credit package or membership contract. 

If the class has already started, you must no-show the reservation without penalty and recreate the reservation with the correct payment option.

If there is a waitlist within the waitlist auto-fill window, you have 5 minutes to complete the new reservation, or the name at the top of the waitlist will be populated into class.
