Ten statuses can be associated with a reservation:
Pending
A pending reservation is a booked reservation that is not yet checked in, cancelled, removed, or no-showed.
Check-In
A check-in reservation is when the customer is checked into a class.
Standard Cancel
A standard cancel reservation is when the reservation is cancelled and the late cancel window is not in effect.
Penalty Cancel
A penalty cancel reservation is when the reservation is cancelled and the late cancel window is in effect. The customer is penalized for losing their credit or membership usage. If the reservation was booked with a membership, the customer will be charged a late cancellation fee when enabled.
Graced Cancel
A grace cancel reservation is when the reservation is cancelled by an employee, the late cancel window is in effect, and the employee opted to not penalize the customer.
Penalty No Show
A penalty no-show reservation is a reservation cancelled after class starts. The customer is penalized for losing their credit or membership usage. If the reservation was booked with a membership, the customer will be charged a no-show fee when enabled.
Graced No Show
A grace no-show reservation is a reservation cancelled after class starts by an employee, and the employee opted not to penalize the customer.
Removed
A removed reservation is a cancelled waitlist reservation.
Penalty Removed
A penalty-removed reservation is a cancelled waitlist reservation. The customer loses their credit because the credit used to book the waitlist reservation has expired.
Class Cancelled
A class cancelled reservation is a reservation that was automatically cancelled when the class was cancelled from the schedule.
