Membership Revenue Calculation Logic

Membership revenue is tracked at the contract level across your brand. This means a membership contract will have a running average revenue per usage that incorporates all reservations within completed intervals and all revenue collected within completed intervals for that membership contract across all locations. This average revenue for membership check-in will update as more and more intervals are completed, so it will become more accurate over time.

Credit Revenue Calculation Logic

Credit revenue is also tracked at the package level, regardless of location or user. The calculation for credit packages is a much simpler calculation because there is a set number of usages and a set price. Credit check-in revenue is calculated by dividing the cost of the package by the number of usages set on the credit package.

Reservations Excluded from Calculations

The following reservations are not included in the revenue calculations for this report:

  • ClassPass, FitReserve, and Wellhub (Third-party) reservations

    • The monetary value for these reservations is unknown and not represented in the report

  • Migrated reservations

    • Cannot associate revenue because the historical usage of migrated credits and memberships is not known

  • Complimentary credit package reservations
