Room availability defines when rooms can be booked for an appointment. Keeping weekly hours accurate prevents overbooking and maintains a clean schedule.
Permissions
Permissions can be configured on user roles to manage all availability, including room and instructors.
Permission | Description | User Role |
Can_manage_general_availability | Create, edit, delete, and view instructor and room availability for locations that the user can access. | Admin, Studio Owner, Studio Manager |

Room Availablity
To configure room availability, go to Configuration > Locations > select the Location > Edit Classroom > Edit next to the room you want to configure.
Under Services, toggle Allow appointments in this room to Yes. Select Edit Availability to pick the weekly hours.
Place a check by each day the room will be available and set the hours. The hours will control when an appointment can be made in the room
Use the plus button to add multiple availability hours on a single day.
Example: The studio is not open during lunch hours.
Use the trash can button to delete a set of hours.
If the room is used for both classes and appointments, class times will remain reserved and will take priority over appointment bookings.
Click Save to complete room availability.
Weekly hours are saved and used for future bookings. Changing weekly hours will not affect any existing bookings and will only affect any new future bookings made.
