In Mariana Tek, you can configure settings at the brand and studio level.
At the brand level, the same settings are applied across all of your locations. At the studio level, you may choose different settings for each of your locations.
Brand Level Settings:
Automatically check "subscribe to marketing emails" when a user creates a new account
*Note: You can override the marketing opt-in box at the location level.
Determines how long the system will wait after a class has finished before marking anyone in the class who was NOT checked in as a "no-show" and charging any associated penalties.
Determines how long before the class you wish the system to stop automatically adding customers on the waitlist into the class.
Determines how long after the class when customers will be automatically removed from the waitlist and will be returned their credit or membership usage for future booking.
The maximum number of people who can add themselves to the waitlist.
Determines the time before class to disable online booking both on the web and in-app for all your studios.
*Note: Reservations can still be made via admin past the cutoff window.
Determines the time before a class starts to stop accepting additions to the waitlist on the web and in the app for all your studios.
*Note: This will not restrict employees from adding customers to a waitlist.
Determines the time before class to stop accepting standby reservations to allow employees to manually move customers into class.

Location Level Settings:

Determines if customers can view their current position (number) on a waitlist after they’ve added themselves to the waitlist.
