	CLASSES & RESERVATIONS
DOES MIGRATE	Historical Classes All historical classes provided in the Bookings and Sessions files from ClubReady that have reservations in them. If a class had no bookings in it, then it will not be migrated. Class Types – We will use the "Class Name" if it is available, if not, we will use the "Service Name" If a class lacks a name, we will name it “Historical Class” in order to bring it over. If a class has "Private" in its name, it will be migrated into Mariana Tek as NOT visible on your public schedule. All historical classes will come over with a classroom value of “Migrated Classroom” and layout of “Migrated Layout.”
DOES MIGRATE	Historical Customer Reservations (All data will migrate except for the credit/membership used to book the session. However, migrated reservations will not incur penalty fees.)
DOES MIGRATE	Upcoming Classes, Reservations (Up to 2 Weeks) (These are scheduled as standalone classes, not recurring series. Mariana Tek migrates up to 2 weeks of forward-looking classes and reservations.)
DOES MIGRATE	Unpaid visits (Unpaid visits are migrated. Mariana does not support unpaid visits so they may be relatively more difficult to identify than you’re used to. If relevant, we recommend reconciling before you migrate or downloading a report to keep at the desk and help your team identify reservations that require payment. Please note - this may be less relevant if you only offer unlimited, recurring memberships and only members are permitted to book unpaid visits.)
DOES NOT MIGRATE	Waitlists Waitlists from ClubReady will not be migrated. Note that Mariana also does not support priority waitlists.
DOES NOT MIGRATE	Classes with Zero Reservations If a class has zero reservations, it will not be migrated. Please add a dummy reservation to any future classes that you want migrated.
DOES NOT MIGRATE	Forward Looking Reservations Beyond Cut-Off Date
