How do I pay my invoice?

You should be enrolled in autopay with a payment method stored on file. Your payment will automatically process 5 days after your invoice is sent, and no further action is required.

What if I want to pay earlier than the 5 days?

If you’d like to pay manually, scroll down to Payment Details on your invoice PDF and click the hyperlink “To pay online, click here.” You may pay via card or bank transfer.

If you manually pay before the 5-day autopay window, you will not be charged again when the autopay date arrives.

If you manually pay after the auto-pay triggers, both payments may post. Please reach out to accounting@marianatek.com to resolve any issues.

Can I save the payment information for future use?

Yes! Mark the checkbox to Save Payment information for future use.

Why don’t I see the hyperlink “To pay online, click here” on my invoice?

If the invoice has already been settled, the online payment link will no longer be visible.

What happens if my autopayment fails?

If an autopayment fails, backup payment methods are not attempted. You will need to update your default payment method, and our team will reach out to help you do so or you can email accounting@marianatek.com

Will I be reminded if my autopayment fails?

Yes. If your payment is overdue, you’ll receive reminders at 1, 15, and 30 days overdue (from the 5-day autopay window).

How do I update my billing information (e.g., default payment method, invoice email, etc.)?
