Once you set up and publish your form, you can start collecting responses. Forms can be shared in two ways:
Using the URL link
Embedding the form on a website
Share your form with a link
Easily send your form using the URL populated when you create it.
While in your Form Editor, in the left-hand menu, select Page Design
At the top, you’ll see the URL where your form will be hosted on the internet - copy and paste this link anywhere: in an email or SMS, onto a QR code, in your social media profile, or onto a button on your website
Embed your Form on your website
You can also embed your form on your website.
While in your Form Editor, in the left-hand menu, select Embed
Select Copy Code
Send this code to your web developer, or add it to an HTML or Code block on your website to embed the form directly on the website
The form will automatically adopt the styling / CSS settings of your website
Important: If you are going to embed your form on your website, ensure you enable reCAPTCHA on the Create step to prevent spam/bot submissions
If you update your form to add/remove fields at any time, you will have to save your changes and re-copy the Embed code.
