How do I exclude a product category from incurring royalty fees?

There might be Product Categories you wish to exclude royalty fees. To do so, navigate to the Franchise Fee Portal > Payment Activity > Fee Settings.

Select the categories that should be excluded from royalty fees. Upon saving, all future payments will recalculate, including open batches. Previous batches that are no longer open will remain unchanged.
