Building accurate customer lists shouldn’t slow down your marketing efforts. The new segment builder experience helps you create precise, organized segments faster, so your team can focus on driving revenue.
The redesigned interface includes a cleaner layout, smarter filtering options, clearer organization, and advanced selection controls.
The new segment builder is in Early Access. It currently has limited available conditions.
If you need to use other conditions, the legacy builder is still available.
Getting Started
To use the new builder, go to Contacts > Segments > Add Segment.
Add a name, description (optional), and select New Segment Builder.
Conditions
Build your conditions by:
Category
Select a Category > Condition.
Conditions are grouped for quicker access. Categories include:
Visit Behavior
Purchase Behavior
Credit Packages
Traits
Uncategorized
Searching
Select Search All Conditions and find the condition you need.
Continue adding Conditions using Add New Condition.

Category: Visit Behavior
Total Class Check-Ins
The number of class check-ins on an account.
Class Frequency Score
A customer’s Mariana Tek visit frequency score (0–5), based on check-ins and orders over the last year. Check-ins are weighted more heavily. A score of 3 represents roughly 13–23 check-ins or orders per year.
Target highly engaged members with a score of at least 4.
Upcoming Guest Class Reservations
The number of upcoming guest reservations the customer has made.
Send a reminder or prep email to contacts with at least 1 upcoming guest reservation.

Category: Purchase Behavior
Monetary Value Score
A customer’s Mariana Tek spend score (0–5), based on total spending across all order types over the last year. A score of 3 represents roughly $350–$525 in annual spend.
Identify high-value customers with a score of at least 4 for a VIP offer.
Total Spent — Last ( 7, 30, 90 Days, 12 Months, or All Time)
The total amount a customer spent during the selected time period, in your account’s local currency.
Follow up with contacts who spent at least $XX in the last X days after a promotion.
Lifetime Order Count
The total number of orders since the account was created.
Category Credit Packages
Remaining Class Credits
The number of credits left across all packages
Reset and Remove
Use Reset to clear the condition and start fresh.
Use Remove to delete the condition from the segment entirely.
