Goals help your studio members track their fitness goals and stay consistent. Studio members configure goals in the Mariana Tek mobile app.
Goal Creation
To create a Goal, studio members can log into your mobile app > 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon) > Goals.
If a Goal has not been set, a prompt will appear to set one. A Goal is the number of classes they want to attend each week.
Goal cycles are from Monday morning to Sunday evening, and include visits from all studio locations.
Viewing Goals
You can view Goals on the home screen or the Goals tab.
Home Screen
If a studio member has not set a Goal, the home screen tile will show a link directing them to the Goals tab to set their Goal.
If a Goal has been set but they haven't taken or booked enough classes, they will see a progress bar and an indicator that they need to take X classes to reach the Goal.
If a Goal has been set and they have reserved enough classes to achieve it, they will see the progress bar filled with a darker color for completed classes and a lighter color for pending classes.
If a Goal has been reached, their status updates along with their current streak.
Goals tab
From the Goals tab, studio members will see their Goals and status. The status includes:
Off Track: insufficient classes taken or booked
On Track: sufficient classes taken and booked
Complete: sufficient classes completed
Streaks and Heat map
Streaks are how many weeks in a row a studio member has reached their Goal. It also shows their longest streak of consecutive Goal attainment.
Streaks will reset if the studio member does not hit their Goal for a week.
The heat map shows which day they took a class. As they get closer to their Goal, the squares darken in color.
Editing a Goal
You can edit goals from the Goals tab. When you update a Goal, it takes effect the following Monday. This means after editing their Goal, customers will not see it reflected on the page but will receive a success message that the Goal has been changed.
Updating your Goal will not impact your Streak. Your Streak is based on how many times you hit your Goal, even if that Goal has changed.
If a customer updates their Goal, past data will reconfigure based on the newly saved metric. For example, a customer enters their Goal as 2x/week and tracks their progress for 6 months. After the 6 months have passed, the customer updates their goal to 3x/week. All past data, including green completion streaks, will be re-adjusted based on the 3x/week goal.
Reporting and Tracking Goals
Goal tracking creates an impactful, supportive, and results-oriented experience for your members. Reporting on your members' goals helps provide accountability, celebrate success, and personalize their progress.
From Gamification > Goals, you can view:
Participation: Customers with a Goal
Average Goal: How many classes does the average person aim to take each week
Average Streak: How consistent are people at hitting this Goal
Average Longest Streak: What number do members lose their streak at
The table will list each customer and their goal. The information will include:
The table can be filtered by:

The Export CSV button will export the filtered results.
