Milestones are a feature of the in-app Gamification suite that gives your studio members recognition targets that drive them to book and feel celebrated. With Milestones, your members can visualize their journey and celebrate.
Milestones are based on a member's class count across all active locations and appear when they log into the consumer app.
How do I create a Milestone?
To create a Milestone, log in to Xplor Growth and go to Gamification > Milestones.
The fields for the Milestone include:
Title - Displays under the badge on the mobile app
Minimum number of classes required - Class count required to achieve the Milestone
Milestone Completion Message - Displays on the Milestone tab when the Milestone is achieved.
Will remain until the next Milestone is achieved
How do Studio Members view their milestones?
If your studio has a Milestone configured, the Milestone tile will appear on the home screen of your mobile app.
They will see a filled-in Milestone for all class counts they have achieved and will see the next two upcoming Milestones. It will also show how many classes are needed to reach the next Milestone.

Members can see all Milestones by going to the 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon) > Milestones.
From here, studio members can view all attainable Milestones along with the configured celebration messages.
