Buy Pages will determine what items are displayed for purchase on your studio's website and mobile app.

To edit what credit packages, memberships, and promotions are featured on your website’s Buy Page, begin by clicking Products on the left side menu > Buy Pages > select the correct locations.

The Buy Page title can be changed but the title is not customer-facing.

Adding/Editing Sections

Sections are groups of products that are displayed on the Buy Page. Sections can be added by clicking Add Another Section or edit by clicking the three-dot icon > Edit Section.

Each Section will require a name, which will be displayed on your Buy Page.

Adding/Editing Products

Within each Section, Products can be added to the Buy Page by clicking Add Product or Promotion and searching for the Product. Existing Products on the Buy Page can edited by clicking the three-dot icon > Item.

Product Display

Each Product can have a banner text that will display and bring attention to the Product. By default, the Product Description will display on the Buy Page but you can use the Description Override to change it.

Click the View Preview button to see how it will appear as a banner on your website > click Save.

Once all Products are added to the Section, click Update Section.

Product and Section Order

Sections and Products can be reordered by dragging and dropping them using the three horizontal lines. The order of the Sections and Products will be the display order on the Buy Page.

Adding Retail Products

We do not recommend selling apparel or other retail items on the Buy Page. This is because there is no notification feature to inform your team of the purchase or a place for the buyer to provide shipping details.

We suggest using an e-commerce software such as Shopify to sell apparel and retail products online.

Adding Inactive Product

You can add inactive Products to your Buy Pages, but they will not appear publicly (website/app) until they are active.

If a currently active Product is switched to inactive, it will be removed from the customer-facing Buy Page but will still show on the Buy Page Configuration.

Updating Buy Page

Once all Products and Sections have been added, click Update Buy Page. The changes are immediately applied to your studio's webpage and mobile app. No additional coding will be required.
