Buy Pages determine which items appear for purchase on your studio's website and mobile app.
Changes to the Buy Page are applied immediately to both the website and mobile app, ensuring synchronization across platforms.
Locations can have only one buy page, and you can't create new buy pages for a location. However, you can create new sections within the buy page.
To edit what credit packages, memberships, and promotions are featured on your website’s Buy Page, navigate to Products > Buy Pages > select the correct locations.
You can change the Buy Page title, but it is not customer-facing.
Adding/Editing Sections
Sections are groups of products that are displayed on the Buy Page. Sections can be added by clicking Add Another Section or edited by clicking the three-dot icon > Edit Section.
Each Section requires a name, which will display on your Buy Page.
Adding/Editing Products
Within each Section, you can add products to the Buy Page by clicking Add Product or Promotion and searching for the Product. You can edit existing products on the Buy Page by clicking the three-dot icon > Item.
Product Display
Each Product can have banner text that displays and draws attention to the Product. By default, the Product Description will display on the Buy Page, but you can use the Description Override to change it. You can also use Banner Text to display specific pricing information, such as the cost per class, which is particularly useful for Credit Packages.
Ensure that the Banner Text and Description Override fields do not exceed 255 characters to maintain proper formatting and display.
Click View Preview to see how it will appear as a banner on your website, then click Save.
Once you've added all products to the Section, click Update Section.
Product and Section Order
You can reorder Sections and Products by dragging and dropping them using the three horizontal lines. The order of the Sections and Products will be the display order on the Buy Page.
Adding Retail Products
We do not recommend selling apparel or other retail items on the Buy Page. This is because we don't have a notification feature to inform your team of the purchase, and there's no place for the buyer to provide shipping details.
We suggest using e-commerce software such as Shopify to sell apparel and retail products online.
Adding Inactive Product
You can add inactive Products to your Buy Pages, but they will not appear publicly (website/app) until they are active.
If you switch a currently active Product to inactive, it will be removed from the customer-facing Buy Page but will still show on the Buy Page Configuration.
Updating Buy Page
Once you've added all Products and Sections, click Update Buy Page. The changes are immediately applied to your studio's webpage and mobile app. No additional coding will be required.
This update also synchronizes changes to the mobile app, ensuring consistency across platforms.
