When creating or updating an instructor's profile, you can add a photo that will appear on the website and in the app.
We recommend a headshot size of 300x300 for the thumbnail image. This thumbnail image is displayed in public schedules and the consumer app.
Be sure to choose a close crop for the best effect. Rectangular images will not fill the frame properly, so ensure the image is square.
The large image is shown above a class session that an instructor is teaching (shown below). This photo can be from further away. Recommended size is 1125x750 (minimum of 750x500)
Photos must be smaller than 1 MB.
The image cannot be removed, only replaced.
Update image
Update the image by logging into Admin, not the mobile app, > Employees > select the employee and update the image. This must be performed by a user with the permission to manage employees.
