Video on Demand (VoD) memberships are a great option if you have a library of workouts that you want customers to access whenever they have time, customers are not limited by the class times that are offered at your studio.
When creating a VoD membership, ensure the membership is set to activate on the purchase or other specified date.
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Memberships > Membership Types > New Membership Type.
Fill out the empty fields > toggle the Livestream or Video on Demand option on > set the Status > Save.
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Memberships > Membership Contract > New Membership Contract.
Fill out the empty fields > select Video on Demand Membership under "Membership Type" > Date purchased or Specific date under "Membership Contract Start" > Save.
