Will a purchase agreement retroactively apply to sold credit packages and membership contracts?

Purchase Agreements will not retroactively apply.

When you update or attach a new purchase agreement to a membership contract or credit package that has already been sold, existing members will not be prompted to sign the updated agreement. To ensure members accept the new terms:

  1. Terminate their current membership.

  2. Resell the membership, prompting them to sign the updated agreement during the new purchase process.
