The Stripe dispute email is sent to the individual configured during your onboarding. It is not sent to all admins to avoid overloading inboxes.
The individual who will receive the email can be configured on a location-by-location basis.
First, add the user to your Stripe account. Once completed, contact support to request that the user be added as your Stripe partner for chargebacks, including name, email address, studio location, and confirmation that the user has been added to Stripe.
