The current point of contact for automated chargeback notifications is the email address listed as Stripe Connect Express's account owner.
Please note, this does update the email address for the main point of contact for the Stripe Connect Express account. This includes any account suspension or restriction emails.
This updates the email address for the main point of contact for the Stripe Connect Express account. This includes any account suspension or restriction emails.
Log in to your Stripe Connect Express Account > Account tab at the top.
Click the edit pencil under Management and Ownership, go to the email address section, and update your email address.
Click Submit to save.
Go back to Accounts, scroll down to the Profile section, edit the email address, and click done.
