Yes, you can request the creation of a new custom user tag. You should check our list of generic user tags first. You can click here to see a list of additional tags and contact support to have them added to your system.
If you do not see a generic tag that works for you, submit a request to support or onboarding for a custom tag.
Custom and generic tags must be manually applied to a customer's account. They will not automatically apply to accounts or reservations unless the conditions are met.
