The Legal Entity of your studio is the business name that appears in your purchase agreements. Once the Legal Entity field is completed, you can easily pull in the Legal Entity when creating or editing a purchase agreement.
Only admins have permission to edit Location Settings. If you need access, please contact an Admin, or have your Admin request a role permission update.
Updating your Legal Entity
Navigate to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location > Location Details. Then, update your studio's Legal Entity.
Adding your Legal Entity to Purchase Agreements
Navigate to Configuration > Agreements > New Agreement (or an existing agreement you wish to edit) > Insert Variable. Then, under the Locations Variables, select Legal Entity.
