Integrating Xplor Growth with Mariana Tek provides a powerful set of tools. Understanding how data flows between these systems and how they interact is essential.
Xplor Growth serves as the marketing automation layer, while Mariana Tek acts as the source of truth for client, purchase, and booking data.
When new data is created in Mariana Tek, it typically takes 1-2 hours to sync with Xplor Growth. This includes new customer profiles, purchases, reservations, and more.
You'll still need to access most customer information through Mariana Tek. While Xplor Growth receives a significant amount of data, much of it is used behind the scenes to support marketing configurations.

Reservations, Purchase History, Usages, and Tags
Mariana Tek passes details such as reservations, purchase history, usage, and customer tags to Xplor Growth. While Xplor Growth doesn’t display this data, it uses it to set conditions when creating Campaigns or Segments.
For instance, you might create a campaign based on how many times a customer has visited an Intro Offer package to encourage them to become a studio member.
If using conditions based on Customer Tags, Xplor Growth will display both standard and custom tags.

Waivers
Xplor Growth Waivers integrate with Mariana Tek by passing the completion status into the Personal Information section of a customer's account and reservation.
Customers can make a reservation without completing a Waiver, but they must complete it before checking in. On the reservation, customers with missing Waivers will receive the following icon.
There are several nuances regarding Waivers in Mariana Tek. Read this guide to understand them all.
In a Customer's profile in Mariana Tek, you can view all Waiver statuses under Personal Information > Legal.
Gamification
If your studio uses the Gamification Suite, the systems exchange data in various ways.
Mariana Tek sends reservation counts to Xplor Growth to track Milestones and Challenges. The Gamification Suite monitors who has reached a milestone or challenge and the completion percentages.
This information is then displayed in the consumer app on the home screen, allowing customers to track their progress easily.
Transactional Messages
Transactional messages are notifications triggered by client actions in Mariana Tek. Examples include purchase receipts, reservation confirmations, password resets, cancellation confirmations, waitlist notifications, and gift card alerts.
Although these actions originate in Mariana Tek, Xplor Growth manages and sends the messages. Each message includes relevant data based on the action taken.
Products
Xplor Growth pulls credit packages and memberships from Mariana Tek to create landing pages. When building a Landing Page, you must select specific products to target the appropriate audience. These products are directly integrated with your booking software, ensuring seamless management and tracking of purchases.
This feature is specifically designed for Credits and Memberships. It is not intended for Retail Products, as there are no options for inventory tracking or variant selection. Additionally, Gift Cards are unsupported because the platform can't manage real-time inventory tracking, which could lead to overselling.
If you see an "error building cart" message on your Xplor Growth landing page when trying to add products, it's because platform restrictions limit landing pages to selling only credit packages and memberships. This error commonly occurs when you try to include physical or virtual products, such as E-Gift Cards or retail merchandise. This limitation exists because Xplor Growth does not support real-time inventory updates, which are essential for managing retail items and gift cards effectively. Additionally, errors may occur if you disable payment processing. Enable payment processing before publishing a landing page to avoid these issues.
For businesses that need to sell physical products or other restricted items, the Buy Page (also called the POS Buy Page) offers a better alternative. Unlike Xplor Growth, it features inventory integration and tracking capabilities designed for retail sales. Alternatively, you can use your booking software’s store page and share direct links in your marketing campaigns to ensure accurate inventory tracking and avoid overselling.
Best Practices
Plan landing pages exclusively for selling credit packages and memberships to avoid errors.
Verify that payment processing is active before launching any landing page.
Redirect customers to the Buy Page (POS Buy Page) for purchasing products or gift cards.
