Membership renewal receipt emails can be enabled/disabled on a location-by-location basis.
If your brand has enabled/disabled membership renewal receipt emails at the brand level, the following instructions will override that configuration on the location.
If you have permissions to edit locations, go to Configuration > Locations. Find the location and select Edit Location.
On the Location Settings tab, go to Communication Settings.
Toggle on or off Membership Renewal Receipt Emails and click Save Changes.
The membership renewal receipt email is sent as the purchase confirmation transactional email in Xplor Growth.
