An employee can reset their password using:
Self reset

Customer account reset
Self-Reset
Employees can reset their password using the Forgot your password? Reset it now button on the login screen and the Biz app.
Admin Reset
Employees should always attempt self-reset first, but Admins can reset another employee's password by going to Employees > select the employee > Update User Password.
Customer Account Reset
If the employee has a customer account using the same email address, the same password is shared between both, which means resetting the customer account will reset the employee account and vice versa. The customer account password can be reset through:
