The customer will need to choose βForgot Passwordβ before entering his/her email and password. This link is located on the login page.
Then the customer will enter his/her email and click "Send Reset Email". After clicking the link, a message confirming that a reset email has been sent will typically appear. Ensure the email address is correctly entered.
Once the reset email is received, the customer will need to follow the prompts in order to reset their password.
