The Revenue-Based Fees by Location report in the Franchise Fee Portal provides a detailed breakdown of revenue and corresponding fees at the location level. Aligned with Mariana Tek’s Orders report, it promotes financial transparency and makes it easy for franchisors to reconcile gross revenue with calculated fees at a glance.

Access the report in the portal by going to Reports > Revenue-Based Fees by Location. The report can be filtered by:
Fee Type
Date Range
Location
Product Category
This is the Product Category configured in Mariana Tek
For each location, it will display:
Orders: Total number of orders placed within the selected date range
Order Total: Gross revenue for the location (including taxes)
Tax Total: Total sales tax collected
Non-Eligible Revenue: Revenue not subject to royalty fees (e.g., account balance)
Fee Eligible Revenue: Revenue applicable for royalty calculations
Fee(s): Total fees incurred, based on applicable revenue
Use the hyperlinks in the table to access the Franchise Fee Portal Orders report with the associated filters applied.
Use the toggle to show in UTC or local time. To match totals between Mariana Tek and the Revenue-Based Fees by Location report, export Mariana Tek's Orders report for the same date range and time format.
Click the Download button in the top-right corner to export the report as a CSV for use in external reconciliation tools or audits
