If you require all customers to sign a waiver before attending class, you can automate this with the "Re-opening Waiver" feature in Xplor Growth.
Integration and Requirements
Navigate to Marketing > Waivers > Select your Waiver> Advanced Options to ensure your waiver is linked and marked as required. For more information on setting up your waiver, check out this article.
Don't want your waiver required for every client? Learn how to create custom, non-required waivers here.
Create an Email Template with your Waiver Link
Navigate to Marketing > Waivers > Select your Waiver> View Hosted Waiver to open the waiver in a new tab. Leave this tab open.
In a second browser tab, navigate to Marketing > Marketing Calendar and click Create New > Scheduled Email > Full Design.
Call the email Waiver Template and schedule it for any time in the future (you won't actually send this email).
Choose any simple email template. Select Edit Details and enter the subject line as First Class Waiver, Please sign our waiver, or whatever you would like.
Ensure the Sending Address and From Name are your studio. Recipients can remain blank.
In the email body, enter the message below. You can adjust the content and subject to fit your studio's voice or add relevant details. Clients will get this email an hour before their first class if their waiver isn't complete.
Hi [%first_name | there%],
We can't wait to welcome you to your class! To speed up check-in, please click the button below to complete our digital waiver. Please complete it using the same email address you used to book your reservation.
Have any questions? Feel free to reply, and we'll be happy to help!

Add a button with a link to your waiver (tip: add this link to your Saved Links, since you will use it again!).
Select Save and Exit > Save in progress. Send yourself a Test Email to verify the links > select Save as Template.
Name the template Waiver Email.
Click Create.
Activate the Re-opening Waiver feature to auto-send your waivers
Navigate to Automation > Livestream Manager > Re-opening waiver. Click Yes, send an email. Select the template you just created in Step 2. Click Save.
If you edit or replace the waiver email template after enabling the Re-opening Waiver, return to the Livestream Manager to resave or select the updated template.
Click Set Up on the left-hand side. Check Send an hour before class as seen below.
When using the Re-opening Waiver
Only select Send an Hour Before Class, not Send an Email.
CAUTION: Choosing both could potentially cause your selected template to be overridden regardless of waiver/signatures - we advise you to choose only "Send an Hour Before Class".
Choosing Send an Hour Before Class only sends it to users who have not yet signed the waiver, not everyone.
Avoid adding an SMS template to the 1-hour reminder, or it will block the waiver email.
Lastly, click Class Schedule on the left-hand side and click Turn on for My Account to activate the feature.
