The Instant Book Form feature, combined with Mariana Tek, removes barriers to booking your studio's first class, making it easier than ever for new users to join and engage.
You can enable or disable Instant Book Forms for each form separately.
Account Creation: Upon form submission, Mariana Tek automatically creates an account for the consumer.
Free Credit Added (optional): A complimentary credit or credit package is deposited into their account upon signup, encouraging immediate engagement.
Instant Login: Users are logged in automatically after account creation, eliminating the need for separate login steps.
Direct Scheduling Access: Users are redirected to your class schedule, where they can easily select and reserve their desired class.
To start, create or edit an existing form and select Advanced Options.
Mariana Tek Account Creation
Under the Mariana Tek Integration section, you have the following questions:
Do you want to create an account in MarianaTek when a customer fills out this form?
Selecting Yes will create a new account in Mariana Tek and a contact in Xplor Growth.
Do you want to add a credit to the contact’s account once they are created in Mariana Tek? (optional)
Selecting Yes will give you an option for which credit package will be applied to their account
Credits will only be given to first-timers and new accounts. If an existing customer submits the form, they will not receive the credit.
Which credit would you like to add?
For the credit to show in the dropdown, it must be set up as a credit package (not a membership) and $0 in Mariana Tek
When completing the form, customers will be prompted to agree to your Terms of Service.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Redirection
Under Redirection, select
Yes, redirect them: Redirect clients to another webpage by pasting the URL.
If you use Mariana Tek, you can redirect directly to your schedule page.
No, just show a success message: The default message will change based on the form settings.
Toggle on Would you like to customize a success message after form completion? to edit the default message.
The custom message will display if you selected Yes, redirect them while the redirect is loading.
HQ Accounts
For HQ account forms, you must set up the class schedule URL merge tag in the HQ account for the redirect to work. If not, you will receive the following message:
Click the link or Settings > Merge Tags and add the Schedule URL. Once you add the merge tag, you must sync the form to the child accounts.
Prompting a new Client to set a password
Because the Instant Book Form feature is designed to be seamless and quick, clients will not be prompted to set a password; they will be logged in automatically and can schedule their free classes. If they log in on a different device or at a later date, they will need to set a password for their Mariana Tek account. Click here to learn how to prompt a client to set or reset their password.
