Credit Types control the booking rules for your Credit Packages, including Class Tags and Windows.
To create a new Credit Type, navigate to Products in the left-side menu >
Credits > New Credit Type.
Fill in the required fields:
Name: Provide the credit with a name.
Locations Available: The studio location(s) where you want the credit sold and used.
Class Tags: Assign tags for applicable classes. If specific tags are required, request them from support (e.g., 'Unlocked').
Booking Window: Specify how far in advance customers can book classes.
Late Cancel Window: How far in advance can someone cancel without penalty when booking with this credit? (e.g., 12-hour notice)
Penalty Fees: Automatically charge penalty fees for this credit type, such as for missed attendance.
Guest Allowance: Limit usage of the credit to specific groups, like members-only.
Livestream or Video on Demand: Toggle this on if this credit is to be used for livestream or video-on-demand classes.
Status: Active or Inactive? An active status allows the credit to be available for use when creating an associated package and to be given out complimentary.
To SELL a new credit type, you must create one or more credit packages. Packages are where pricing, quantity, and expiration dates are configured.
