Celebrating client milestones is something many studios choose to do. In the Mariana platform, you're easily able to see how many classes each client has taken both directly in the class rosters, and customer profile as well as in our customer frequency report.
Total Class Count includes check-ins only. It does not factor in any cancellations or no-shows.
There are three ways to view the number of classes a customer has taken (successful class check-ins):
viewing the customer frequency report
viewing the class roster in the list view and map view
in the customer's profile
Customer Frequency Report
Begin by selecting “Reports” from the left-side menu. Next select Marketing > View next to Customer Frequency.
Once you’ve selected the report, you can select a date range for a specific period. This makes it easy to track participants of “challenges” who take a certain amount of classes in a particular period.
This report is itemized by Location. If a customer has been to multiple locations, they will be listed twice.
Furthermore, when filtering by the instructor, you can also see how often people are returning to a specific instructor's classes.
Class Roster
From the List View:
When viewing the roster in the list view, you can view the number of classes a customer has taken by looking to the right of the name. The roster displays the class number of the particular reservation.
This helps instructors with how experienced (or inexperienced) participants in the class are.
Additionally, studios may opt to “shout out” or reward customers when they hit certain milestones.
Class counts are based on true check-ins - not anticipated check-ins. If John has taken 99 classes, and he's registered for a class tomorrow, the class roaster will display 100th, as this will be his 100th reservation once checked in.
Class count numbers will only render in the roster when in "List View."
If a customer was brought as a guest by someone else, the reservation would count toward the guest’s total class count assuming the reservation was converted to their account.
The class count does not include:
Pending, canceled, or no-show reservations.
Guest reservations (e.g. bringing a guest to class)
From the Map View:
When viewing a customer's option menu, you can view the class count just below their name.
Customer Profile
When viewing a customer's profile, you can view the total number of classes taken at the top of the screen.
