How do I cancel a customer from a class that has already started?

If the class has already started (or if the class has ended), you will see the option to Mark No Show rather than Cancel Reservation.

  1. From the class roster, locate the customer's name and select the ellipses (...) on the right of the screen > Mark No Show.

  2. Select whether to cancel with or without a penalty from the pop-up modal.
