If you make a currently active membership contract INACTIVE, customers with the membership in their account already will not be affected by the change. They will still be able to book reservations with their membership and their membership will continue to renew.
To set a membership package or product as inactive, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Products menu.
Select either "Credit" or "Membership," depending on the type of product.
Choose the specific credit package or membership contract you wish to manage.
Set the product to "Inactive." This action hides the product from the Buy Page and Point of Sale systems until reactivated.
When you make the membership contract inactive, it will take the membership contract out of the POS, and it will no longer be available for future purchases.
