Who can view Credit Types, Credit Packages, Membership Types and Membership Contracts in the Products section? Who can edit them? What do the icons mean for each item?

Mariana Tek offers view-only and edit permissions for Credit Types, Credit Packages, Membership Types, and Membership Contracts based on location access.

View-Only Permissions

Employees can view any credit or membership that can be used at at least one location they have access to. Example:

If an employee has access only to Dupont Circle, they can view:

  • Dupont Circle-only credits

  • Credits valid at Dupont Circle and Downtown or Capitol Hill

  • Credits valid at all DC locations

They cannot view credits usable only at Capitol Hill or Downtown.

Edit Permissions

Employees can edit a credit or membership only if they have access to all locations where it can be used. Using the same example:

If a credit is valid at Dupont Circle and Capitol Hill, an employee with access to Dupont Circle only can view but not edit it. They can only edit credits or memberships restricted to Dupont Circle.

  • Active: If a credit or membership is active, the icon will be green.

  • Inactive: If the credit or membership is inactive, the icon will be grey.

  • Permission to view: If you have permission to view the credit or membership but not edit it, you will see a lock icon on the left-hand side, and the button on the right-hand side will say “View”.

  • Permission to edit: If you have permission to edit the credit or membership, you will see a circular icon on the left, and the button on the right-hand side will say “Edit”.
