Duplicating a membership or credit package is a convenient way to create a new variation of an existing membership or credit package. This feature allows you to quickly create a copy and set any changes.
*Note: You must have appropriate permissions (edit access to a membership or credit package) to duplicate memberships/credit packages. View only permissions will not allow you to duplicate a membership or credit package.
Duplicating a Membership
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Memberships > Membership Contracts.
Locate the membership contract to duplicate > select the ellipses (...) > Duplicate Contract.
Navigate to the new tab (membership editor) > rename the membership contract > make any edits to the rest of the text/selection fields on the page > Save.

Duplicating a Credit Package
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Credits > Credit Packages.
Locate the credit package to duplicate > select the ellipses (...) > Duplicate Package.
Navigate to the new tab (credit package editor) > rename the package > make any edits to the rest of the description/selection fields > Save.
