Duplicating a membership or credit package is a convenient way to create a new variation of an existing membership or credit package. This feature allows you to quickly create a copy and make any changes.
Duplicating a Membership
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Memberships > Contracts.
Locate the membership contract to duplicate > place a checkmark > Duplicate.
Navigate to the new contract > rename it > make any edits to the rest of the fields > Save.
Duplicating a Credit Package
Navigate to Products from the left panel > Credits > Credit Packages.
Locate the credit package to duplicate > select the ellipses (...) > Duplicate Package.
Navigate to the new tab (credit package editor) > rename the package > make any edits to the rest of the description/selection fields > Save.
Impact on SKU
Duplicating contracts or packages can impact how they appear in search results across locations. When a contract or package is duplicated, the system automatically copies the original SKU from the source contract.
Even if you update the duplicated contract to a different location, the original SKU remains tied to the source. This can cause the contract or package to appear in search results for locations where it should not be visible.
Example Scenario
A membership contract is duplicated from one location to another:
A contract is created at “Frisco Lakes.”
The contract is duplicated and updated to apply to “Ponte Vedra.”
The duplicated contract retains the original SKU
When searching for “Frisco Lakes,” the Ponte Vedra contract appears in the results
Fixes
Submit a request to support to manually update SKUs on the backend to correct search behavior.
Create new contracts/packages instead of duplicating existing ones.
