Redeeming a Gift Card from Admin
To redeem a cash or credit gift card for a customer, go to their account.
Under the Payment Methods tab, scroll to the Account Balance section of the page and enter the Gift Card Code into the field. Click Redeem Gift Card. Redemption codes are case-sensitive.
Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be undone.
Redeeming a Gift Card from the Client's End
Credit package and cash gift cards can be redeemed from the customer's account in the mobile app and on the website. Additionally, cash gift cards can be redeemed at the POS checkout.
Mobile App
Once a customer is logged into their account via the app, they will need to tap Account > Payment Methods.
Next, the customer will need to tap Redeem a Gift Card, enter their redemption code, and then tap Done on their phone's keyboard.
Web Browser
Customers can go to My Account > Personal Information > Redeem One to enter the gift card redemption code. This will add the balance to their account. Make sure the code is entered exactly as it appears, as it is case-sensitive.
If the customer wants to apply the account balance to the upcoming charge(s), they can select the check box online or enable the toggle in the app.
POS Checkout Flow
While purchasing an item on the website, select Redeem a Gift Card in the cart > enter the code > Redeem.
In the mobile app, select Add Promo Code or Gift Card > Enter the gift card number > Enter on your keyboard.
