Redeeming a Gift Card from Admin
To redeem a gift card for a customer, go to their account.
Under the Payment Methods tab, scroll to the Account Balance section of the page and enter the Gift Card Code into the field. Click Redeem Gift Card. Redemption codes are case-sensitive.
Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be undone.
Redeeming a Gift Card from the Client's End
Mobile App
Once a customer is logged into their account via the app, they will need to tap, Account > Payment Methods.
Next, the customer will need to tap Redeem a Gift Card, type in their redemption code, and then click Done on their phone's keyboard.
Web Browser
Customers can go to My Account > Personal Information > Redeem one here in a web browser.
If the customer wants to apply the account balance to the upcoming charge(s), they can select the check box online or enable the toggle in the app.
