How do I display customers' shoe sizes in the roster?

Number Tag Method

If you'd like to see a customer's shoe size on the roster, reach out to Support to have generic number tags added to your account. Then, tag your customers' accounts manually with their shoe sizes.

Prioritize your number tags appropriately so they can appear in the order of your choosing in the roster.


Add-On Method

Another way to display customers' shoe sizes in your class roster is to "sell" the shoes as an Add-On for $0. Once the customer purchases the Add-On, you can view the shoe sizes under your class Add-Ons tab as well as in the roster, by hovering over the Add-Ons tag.

  1. Navigate to Products from the left panel > Products > Upload CSV.

  2. Select Download CSV Template > fill in the required fields (*Note: make sure to set the retail price to $0) > download the updated file as a CSV file.

  3. Select Attach And Upload CSV.

  4. Once uploaded, navigate to Products from the left panel > Buy Page > Add-ons Buy Page.

  5. Scroll to Sections > select Add Another Section > type in the Section Name > Add Product Or Promotion.

  6. Search for your products > select All Variants > Save > Update Section.

  7. When customers "purchase" their shoes as add-ons, you can hover over the add-ons tag to view the shoe sizes on the roster (they'll also be displayed under the Add-ons tab).
