The Payment Transactions by Payment Type report surfaces a summary of a payment type's sum across all locations/for the filtered locations. This report is in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
This report is useful for:
Viewing the number of transactions by payment type.
Viewing which payment type is most popular for each location and across all locations.
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Finance > Payment Transactions by Location > View.
Specify the time frame from the date picker.
Apply any additional filters.

The Payment Transactions by Payment Type report includes:
Payment Type:
Credit card
American Express
Visa
Discover
Mastercard
Account Balance
Account Balance - Cash: Account balance with deferred revenue assigned
Account Balance - Complimentary: Account balance given complimentary by the studio
Account Balance - Migration: Account balance migrated to a customer's account upon platform migration
Cash
No Charge
Transactions: Total number of transactions within the filtered date range.
Collected
Refunded
Currency
Total: Collected amount minus the refunded amount.
